Original Asco 8551 Two Position Three-Way Explosion-Proof Solenoid Valve consists of two basic functional units: an electromagnetic coil and a magnetic core. A valve body containing one or several holes. When the electric coil is powered on or off, the operation of the magnetic core will cause fluid to pass through the valve body or be cut off. The electromagnetic coil is directly installed on the valve body, and the magnetic core is enclosed in a sealed tube, forming a simple and compact combination. Note: All 1/8" NPT Normally Open valves contain CA. All 1/4" NPT Normally Open valves contain PA.

1. The working pressure of the product is 0.1MPa ~ 0.7MPa, and the medium is air after oil and water removal.
2. When the working voltage of the solenoid valve is 85% of the rated voltage under the nominal air supply pressure of the product, the opening response time of the electromagnetic pulse valve shall be less than 0.03s.
3. When the working air source pressure is 0.1MPa, the pulse valve can be closed.
4. The product shall be able to withstand the air supply pressure of 0.8MPa.
5. Under the specified environmental conditions, the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the shell shall be greater than 1m Ω.
6. Under the condition that the room temperature is 5 ℃ C ~ 35 ℃ C and the relative humidity is not more than 85%, the electromagnetic coil can withstand the voltage of 50Hz and 250V to the shell for 1min without breakdown.
7. The electromagnetic pulse valve shall be able to work normally after being subjected to vibration with frequency of 20Hz, full amplitude of 2mm and duration of 30min.
8. Under normal use conditions, the accumulated service life of the diaphragm shall be more than 800000 times.
9. There is no obvious coating peeling, scratch, burr and other damage on the surface of the valve.
